So I am actually pretty decent at knowing how to meditate and get relaxed but in life it is hard to always INPUT it. I got this book for free for my kindle recently and am hoping to utilize it, as well as share it. I also have another book I am sharing on my facebook group page, 100 Happy Tips to be Happy, and so far it has given me and other reasons to go through each day - Happy.
